The upcoming sports manager from the Valley, Majid Yusuf Dar has got the big assignment to work as an assistant Coordinator Competition Manager in the Current Hockey World Cup at Delhi.
This is the biggest ever assignment any footballer from the Valley has been entrusted with.
Majid a professional footballer from JK Bank is presently doing his Sports Management from Naval Tata institute of sports management Kolkata.
Earlier, he got the chance to work as an assistant coordinator in Nehru Gold Cup. He is the only player from Kashmir to get the opportunity to work in the world’s most prestigious competition.
Majid is the son of the renowned former international footballer of the Sate Mohammad Yousuf Dar.
